We’ve used JD Plumbing on several occasions here at the Christian Centre.  The  most recent job was quite an awkward one and James was able to complete all the  required works to the satisfaction of Building Control and ourselves and  provided an excellent service as always.  His pricing is fair and has often been  significantly more reasonable than others we’ve asked.  Even more importantly,  he is reliable, trustworthy and his work is of a high standard.  We would have  no hesitation in using James again or in recommending him to others

James has done a couple of jobs for me, and I must say he’s the only Plumber i know who carries his own dust sheet with him! I would recommend him to any one. He’s very helpful and takes care in the job he is doing and even gives advice on how to stop it happening again.  Thanks again for coming out so quickly!

With the loss of cold water to our shower and wash basin,  the mystery was solved and supply restored all thanks to the rapid response of  James of JD Plumbing. What turned out to be a small job at a reassuringly modest  cost, I am just happy to have found a reliable plumber and have no hesitation in  recommending JD Plumbing to others.

After contacting many plumbers regarding, by all accounts, a rather specialised  job, James not only took on the work which others could not or did not want to  deal with, but at a very reasonable cost. James came to us in December 2010 and quoted to redesign and install our family bathroom. James was recommended to us and after discussing the requirements with him we had no hesitation in instructing him to do the work. We could not be happier with the outcome. We’ve recently moved into our house in Pembury, and indeed had some teething problems! I was recommended to try James out by my new next door neighbour. James was brilliant, although I think the jobs were very easy for him but were crucial to us to settle into our new home. Our taps in the bathroom upstairs had very low pressure, the bath plug wouldn’t work, the tap downstairs decided to become loose, the shower downstairs was only at one heat (hot!) and the most recent job was that the flush in the toilet upstairs had broken! James reacted brilliantly to my little niggles and resolved the problems, with plans to sort out the other challenges in the long run. I would thoroughly recommend anyone who was looking for James’ skill to use him – he is dependable and very, very professional!

James of JD Plumbing has done a number of jobs for us in the past few years, from the small (replacement of kitchen sink and taps) to the big (complete installation of new bathroom and en-suite most recently). James has done an excellent job, and is always able to give suggestions when difficulties arise, and on what sort of products to buy or not to buy. He is reliable, on time, and does the job in reasonable time and with the minimum of mess. James has done an excellent job and we are delighted with our two new bathrooms. We would have no hesitation in recommending James or using JD Plumbing again.

For at least three years we have been fobbed off by plumbers on our insurance appearing with  a plunger saying theirs is better than ours and that it would sort out the problem of water keep coming up the bath every time we let water go from the kitchen sink or used the washing machine.   I decided enough was enough  when the latest flood occurred.   I checked the web and found James  having looked at his testimonials we decided to contact him. Within half an hour of my email he was on the phone and had made an appointment. When he arrived he checked everything thoroughly and decided to try sucking the pipes first but…………. He feared it was going to be a longer job working on a small blocked pipe. His fears were correct so he said he would return in the morning and sort the whole thing out.

He arrived on time and set to work the job was done in no time and he also resealed the shower area of the bath when he found the seal was cracked. No job is too much for him, he is reliable pleasant and very helpful. He takes care with everything and cleans up around him, he also bothers to keep in contact and say when he estimates his arrival.   We are so impressed by his service and expertise that we will not bother with the insurance in future(we have cancelled it)   we will simply call James for help. We are most happy to recommend his services to anyone it is a pleasure to have him call and a great relief to know that a job will be done properly and we are not being fobbed of by a plunger waving charlatan.
