Both jobs were done to perfection. Highly professional, personable but also no-nonsense service, punctual and reliable. Also great communicator via WhatsApp, sending helpful links in advance, and advising that on his way, approx time of arrival etc, so that I felt 100% confident he wasn’t going to let me down, as has happened with other plumbers.
